Familia South Park is located in Hladilnika district, Sofia, with a total built-up area of \u200b\u200b3,700 m2. The building consists of six residential floors and underground garages with a total of 31 apartments. The specific and unique of this project is the location of the maisonettes, which are on the ground and first floor adjacent to their\u00a0 private gardens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team received a second award in the \u00a0<strong>Public Construction<\/strong> category\u00a0for NovaCity\u2019s Educational Center. The children\u2019s complex is located on vast yard \u00a0with a total built-up area of \u200b\u200b4200 sq.m. The complex is managed by\u00a0<strong>NovaCity<\/strong>. Tenants of the building are kindergartens with different profiles.
