Two awards in the 2019 Annual Awards for Luxury Construction, Architecture and Design

NovaCity team received recognition in the Luxury Residential Construction category for its Familia South Park project. Familia South Park is located in Hladilnika district, Sofia, with a total built-up area of ​​3,700 m2. The building consists of six residential floors and underground garages with a total of 31 apartments. The specific and unique of this project is the location of the maisonettes, which are on the ground and first floor adjacent to their  private gardens.

Our team received a second award in the  Public Construction category for NovaCity’s Educational Center. The children’s complex is located on vast yard  with a total built-up area of ​​4200 sq.m. The complex is managed by NovaCity. Tenants of the building are kindergartens with different profiles. The complex boasts an indoor pool, several sports halls and large  fenced green areas with playgrounds
